Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time We ship from our warehouse in Poland. Estimated delivery times by region:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Asia (including Hong Kong, China): 10–20 business days
  • North America & Australia: 15–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
